Jim Russell was are installer for the E-Z Breathe system, he was on time and very professional, the quality of his work was excellent. And I am one that likes to watch the work being done and Jim was very personable and knowledgeable to all the questions I asked and which there was many. When the installation was done Jim made sure I knew how to operate the system and when and how to change the settings.

Stephen Garmen and his team did a great job with the waterproofing of our home. His care and attention to detail was amazing. He kept me up to date with pictures and video as I wasnt able to be around during the install. We also took several walk around the home and talked in detail what was being done and to be done in detail. A situation arose I wasn't pleased with Stephen personally handled the matter the next day and took care of everything we talked about. Great customer care. Great care and attention by him and his team to ensure our home was taken care of properly and ensuring a dry mold free basement and home. We had the outside dug and inside all perimeter of the home taken care of and honestly although it was a large financial purchase it's totally worth it to have peace of mind in Ohio with a dry mold free basement that we will make a whole complete living space in the future now. Stephen and his team went above and beyond and sealed all the cracks in the floor and walls inside and outside. Truly amazing. Definitely happy. Dan and his team dustin did a great job with the concrete lifting system. The concrete turned out amazing level and cant even see where the holes that were drilled to lift everything were located. Paul, stable wall Paul did an amazing job going above and beyond ensuring the stable was was properly taken care of and ensured the other parts of t he stable walls were reinforced upon inspection to give himself and me the homeowner peace of mind. Great experience all around. Thank you very much to all the teams involved

I just had a gentleman, Jordan Moses come to my house because I have water seeping into my basement. I was so very much elated and impressed that he was totally honest with me. He could have written up an estimate ($$$) for me to waterproof my entire home, like others I've called have done. But instead, he checked things out and told me that the problem is a sewage issue, most likely a broken pipe, thus explaining the gray matter and the odor. No other company even mentioned this, they just wrote up a very expensive proposal for waterproofing, that is not at all necessary. Kudos to Ohio State Waterproofing and thank you Jordan for driving all the way out here and being so honest!!

Charlie and his crew were excellent to work with. They worked hard every day and were very professional through the project. They exhibited great care in respecting our property and finished the job a day earlier than expected. I watched and inspected every step of the way (I'm sure they loved that) and I was pleased with their work ethic. This was definitely a well trained, quality team. Great job Charlie and crew!

Not even 24 hours after finishing waterproofing our basement with multi step system… there was no active leak prior to the work being performed. They told my wife they “noticed a small leak we should get looked at” when the Forman came this morning I showed him that this was not leaking before and he told me he will try to tighten it up. Went in the basement with channel locks which did not work. Forman told us to call the city and they will fix it for free. City told us to call a plumber. Plumber came and confirmed the leak is UNDERNEATH the concrete they just poured and more than likely broke when dug up the concrete. The leak is now spread to the other side of the finished basement wall and soaking the baseboards. Not to mention them driving all through the yard over the neighbors sidewalk.. not a very pleasant experience so far
