Great explanation of needed work and much better service than other company. Other company gave terrible advice and purchased house that had settling. Waterworks did a great job and wouldn't recommend anyone else.

We had our crawl space encapsulated and couldn’t be happier! This will make our heating and cooling more efficient and the moisture is now sealed. We had clean space, terra blocking, and drainage matting installed.. the transformation is unbelievable. It looks great and we will now be able to use this space for storage. We couldn’t be more impressed! We highly recommend!

Awesome 🤩 was/is James Nelson, Design Specialist with American Waterworks, out of the Fargo, ND office was absolutely wonderful to work with. (Really this Company has impressed us from the beginning!) always quick to respond and very patient…. There was zero pressure …. no pushy sales tactics at all — just good information, very clear explanations, and genuine care. He took the time to answer questions, explain good options, and made us feel comfortable and valued as people, not just potential customers. From the very beginning, And even now after James has been yet kind and incredibly understanding of our situation. Unfortunately We are not able to move forward with our basement project at this time, and James has showed nothing but grace and respect about that. No doubt that James is a true professional and a rare find these days. We absolutely 💯 Highly, highly recommend James and American Waterworks And Solutions… We thank you!!

I am very very impressed, the team that came to my house was Nanga, Julio, Musafiri, and Morgan. They were so nice and did an amazing job in a few days less then expected. They had a lot of work to do with foundation support and waterproofing of the whole basement so I didn't expect them to get it done this quick and have it looking so good. When I realized the walls were shifting in in our basement and we needed to do something and I called them. Dylan came out and did an assessment and gave us some options. The system they use to fix the walls and support the house along with their waterproofing are state of the art. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing similar work.

As always, MJ and Marc from American Waterworks did a great job. They are efficient, friendly, and informative, just like everyone I have had interaction with at American Waterworks through the years. I would recommend American Waterworks to anyone who requires radon work and waterproofing of basements and/or crawlspaces.

They were quick to respond and set up an appointment when we had a sump pump fail in our basement. Mark explained our options and gave recommendations, so we wouldn't have this issue in the future. He got the new pump installed and cleaned up after his work. Very happy with their quick response!

Franklin and his team were amazing! They did a great job reinforcing our house and we’re so glad we chose them for the job!! They were all very kind and respectful! Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. All were professional, well informed and pleasant. Our working crew was the best. Nanga, Alexis and Richard. I have rental.houses and this is my second experience with them. If necessary for future houses, I would chose them again.
